Theme: Shedding The Weight: Mind, Body, & Spirit. Winning the Mind Game. Day -17. The 21-Day Challenge-Deepak & Oprah-Shedding Emotional Baggage.

Overview

How Do We Shed the Weight of Emotional Burdens?  Day -17 sheds more light on our viewpoints and our personal perceptions.  The topic, “Winning the Mind Game” helps us to realize that by merely restoring Ourselves to SOURCE we are instantly renewed and made whole again.  In this way old patterns that hinder our growth can be rid.  I have been the person who does not understand what has happened with the flight, the price or the product.  I have been near unreasonable.  I get that this behaviour, in the long run–is unacceptable.  I was too often very meek.  Sometimes when we find our voice we are amazed at the power of it.  Since this reality of understanding, I can pick my arguments, and realize there is a time for speaking up and a time for remaining meek.

Conclusion and Centering Thought

Be in Pariṇamana परिणमन.  Remain transfixed, enraptured and transformed. Remind yourself of  Darśana to see, observe, perceive your world anew.   Remember Samprati.  Accept your now.   Accept your moment.  You are where you are.  Remember to look at your life lovingly with your new eyes.  You deserve this peace.

Please, as often as possible in your day, find your center and your peace; be transfixed and change your outlook.  Day 17’s link will guide us in this.  The Centering Thought: Say: “I accept where I am, here and now”.
